Bhaktarahalli, Sidlaghatta : ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಭಕ್ತರಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಎಲ್.ಕಾಳಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದ್ ಮಜ್ದೂರ್ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಫರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಇವರಿಂದ 1983ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೊಂಡ “ಹಿಂದ್ ಮಜ್ದೂರ್ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್” ನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಗೋವಾದ ಮಡಗಾಂವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿತು. ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದಿದ್ದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳಾದ ಮೈಕೇಲ್ ಬಿ, ಫರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಭಾಷ್ ಮಾಳಗಿ ಇವರುಗಳು ಸ್ವ-ಇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆ ತೆರವಾದ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತರಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಎಲ್. ಕಾಳಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶಿಮ್ ರಾಯ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮುಂಬೈನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಿಂದ್ ಮಜ್ದೂರ್ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ನಂಟು ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಆಫೀಸ್ ಮುಂಬಯಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಭಾರತದ 15 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
ಹಿಂದ್ ಮಜ್ದೂರ್ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್, ರೈತರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬದಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು, ರಿಕ್ಷಾ ಚಾಲಕರು, ತೊಂದರೆಗೊಳಗಾದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಗಳು ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಮುಂಬೈನಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.
“ಹಿಂದ್ ಮಜ್ದೂರ್ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 15 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ರೈತರು, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಡಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಹೋರಾಟ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಭಕ್ತರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಎಲ್.ಕಾಳಪ್ಪ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
L. Kalappa Elected as National President of Hind Mazdoor Kisan Panchayat
Bhaktarahalli, Sidlaghatta : L. Kalappa, hailing from Bhaktarahalli in Sidlaghatta taluk, has been elected as the new National President of the “Hind Mazdoor Kisan Panchayat”. The organization was founded by George Fernandes in 1983 and held its annual conference recently at Madgaon in Goa. Senior labor leaders Michael B., Fernandes and Subhash Malagi, who had been serving as National Presidents and General Secretaries for several years, voluntarily stepped down from their positions, paving the way for L. Bhaktarahalli to assume the vacant positions. Alongside him, Ashim Roy was elected as the new General Secretary.
The new National President assumed his office at the organization’s central office located in Mumbai on Sunday. “Hind Mazdoor Kisan Panchayat” is an all India labor organization that has been actively involved in solving the issues faced by workers and farmers. It has no political affiliation and has its registered office in Mumbai with units in 15 states across the country.
The organization has been striving to address the problems faced by farmers, laborers, street hawkers, rickshaw pullers, and the general public, and is engaged in discussions with the government to find solutions. It is noteworthy that no other trade unions in the country have been registered yet, but this organization has been successfully registered in Mumbai.
Expressing his gratitude, L. Kalappa said, “He has made me the national president of Hind Mazdoor Kisan Panchayat and put a lot of responsibility on me. This organization is present in about 15 states and the organization needs to be strengthened by traveling everywhere. Our organization is not affiliated with any party.” He also pledged to continue the struggle on the issues affecting farmers, workers, and the underprivileged.
