2025-2026ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿ.ಯು.ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 85 ಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿರುವ ಪದ್ಮಶಾಲಿ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಜುಲೈ 25 ರೊಳಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎರಡು ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಅಳತೆಯ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಸಮೇತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
