Cheemangala, Sidlaghatta : ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದೆ ನಾಣ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಮುಖಗಳು ಇದ್ದಂತೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್‌ನಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವುದೆ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ರಾಜೀವ್‌ಗೌಡ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಚೀಮಂಗಲ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ರಾಜೀವ್‌ಗೌಡ ಅವರು ಶಾಸಕ ವಿ.ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಜತೆಗೂಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಮತಯಾಚಿಸಿ, ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಜಾತಿ ಧರ್ಮ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆಯೆ ಹೊರತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಕುರಿತು ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಈ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಭದ್ರ ಕೋಟೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಶಾಸಕ ವಿ.ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಕಳೆದ 40 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಬೆಳೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಭಾರಿಯೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾದ ನನಗೆ ಮತ ನೀಡಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮತದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಶಾಸಕ ವಿ.ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ರಾಜೀವ್‌ಗೌಡ ಅವರನ್ನು ಚೀಮಂಗಲ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಹೂವಿನ ಹಾರ ಹಾಕಿ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಸಿಡಿಸಿ ಬರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.

Rajeev Gowda, Congress Candidate, Accuses BJP and JDS of Neglecting Development in Sidlaghatta Constituency
Chemmangala, Sidlaghatta : In a recent campaign event, Rajeev Gowda, the Congress candidate from the Sidlaghatta constituency, expressed his dissatisfaction with the BJP and JDS parties, labeling them as two sides of the same coin. He asserted that neither party could be expected to bring about any meaningful development in the region.
Accompanied by MLA V. Muniyappa, Gowda led a procession through the villages of Chimangala village panchayat, actively seeking votes and addressing the local community. During his speech, he criticized the BJP and JDS for engaging in caste and religion-based politics, highlighting their lack of focus on developmental issues.
Known as a stronghold for the Congress party, the Shidlaghat constituency has been nurtured by MLA V. Muniyappa for the past four decades. Gowda emphasized that their united front aimed to safeguard the interests of the common people.
Furthermore, Gowda appealed to the electorate to support him as the Congress candidate, emphasizing the need to bring the Congress party back into power.
The felicitation ceremony held in Cheemangala village saw MLA V. Muniyappa and Congress candidate Rajeev Gowda being honored with grand floral garlands and the bursting of firecrackers. Notable attendees included Kochimul director R. Srinivas, Yannoor Subramani, Kalanayakanahalli Bhimesh, and Hospet Muniyappa.
