ಬೆಳೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತರೇ ಬೆಳೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕೊರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲ ರೈತರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬೆಳೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಮೆಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬೆಳೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯಂಥ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಕೆ.ಅರುಂಧತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

 ನಗರದ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ನಡೆದ ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಕೃಷಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

 ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 24ರವರೆಗೆ ರೈತರು ಎಂಟ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಬೆರಳೆಣಿಕೆಯಷ್ಟು ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಗಡುವು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ರೈತರ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅವರುಗಳು ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ರೈತರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದರು.

 ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರಾದ ರೈತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಯಾರೆಂದು ಕಂದಾಯ, ಕೃಷಿ ಅಥವಾ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಬಂದಾಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡೆಯಲು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾದ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೈತರು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೋರಿದರು.

 ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬೆಳೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸವಲತ್ತುಗಳು ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ವಿಕೋಪದಡಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹ, ಬರಗಾಲ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ನೀಡುವ ನಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಹಾರ ವಿತರಣೆ, ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು, ಬೆಳೆ ವಿಮಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಬೆಳೆ ವಿವರ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಬೆಳೆ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ವರವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

 ಸಾಂಖ್ಯಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೃಷಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಬೆಳೆ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ ವರದಿ, ಬೆಳೆ ಕಟಾವು ಪ್ರಯೋಗ, ಬೆಳೆ ಮಾನದಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಕೃಷಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿ ಆಧರಿತ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ, ಪಹಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆ ವಿವರ ದಾಖಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

 ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರ್, ಸಬ್ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರ್ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಹಾಯಧನ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕಿಸಾನ್‌ ಸಮ್ಮಾನ್‌ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯಲೂ ಇದು ಅಗತ್ಯ. ರೈತರು ಜಾಗೃತರಾಗಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದರು.

She was speaking at a meeting of farmer leaders, agriculture, horticulture, silk and revenue department officials at Sidlaghatta town’s taluk office on Wednesday.
The government had earlier said that farmers should complete survey by August 24. But a handful of surveys recorded and technical issues have once again made the deadline extended for a month (September 24). Involvement of the entire peasantry is essential. Local representatives have been appointed to survey the villages and they have begun the survey – Tehsildar said.
Manjunath, assistant director of the agriculture department, said that “farmers who are horticultural growers should consult with the officials of the Revenue, Agriculture or Horticulture Departments to know local survey representatives for their village. When a survey representative visit for survey, all survey numbers and crops on their land should be surveyed. This is a very useful step for farmers to get access to schemes from the concerned departments. All farmers are requested to participate actively”.
Agriculture Department Technical Officer Srinivas, State Secretary General of Farmers’ Union Bhaktarahalli Biregowda, Taluk President Tadoor Manjunath, SM Narayanaswamy, Farmers Association (Puttannayya faction) District Secretary General JS Venkataswamy, Taluk president Raviprakash, Channegowda, Ravikumar were present in the meeting.
